Do Not Renter

This is a blog for property managers and landlords to submit the names of tenants who they would never rent to again. This is a source for managers and landlords to check and see if a prospective tenant is on the list.

A tenant can appear on the "Do Not Renter" List for one or more of the following reasons:

*Moving out with an unpaid balance and making no payment arrangements or not leaving a forwarding address

*Destroying, damaging, defacing property

*Abandoning their rental and therefore breaking their lease

*Selling, distributing, or buying drugs on their rental property

*Leaving the unit in poor condition ie; garbage, refuse, feces, furniture left in the unit

*No regard for rules, authority, or respect for neighbors.

*Found to be dangerous or threatening.

*These are some but not all of the reasons a name will appear on the list.
